Outreach Alliance for Babies
Founded in May 2005 by local resident Phyllis Bonds, Outreach Alliance for Babies Inc. is a grassroots 501(c)(3) public non-profit organization with a mission of supporting the community’s commitment to decrease infant mortality and promote child development and safety.
This is accomplished by providing layette bags which include a Safe Sleep Kit and other necessities.
A typical layette consists of a tote bag stocked with diapers, diaper wipes, wash cloths, baby wash, baby lotion, sleep and play sets, onesies, bibs, receiving blankets, etc.
There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.
