WHAT IS CELEBRATE RECOVERY?

Celebrate Recovery of North Winston Salem Hosted By Family Life Counseling, and the Dream Center of Forsyth County is for ANYONE who has a hurt, habit, or hang-up. CR is not restricted to people struggling with an addiction. Only about 1 in 3 are there for drug and alcohol addictions. We all have issues that may be interfering with our fellowship with God and others. It is about transforming lives and building relationships with God and those around us. Through this transformation, God can heal the person instead of just the hurts.

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered program with foundations firmly established in Biblical truth. The 12 Steps with accompanying Scriptures and the 8 Principles based on the Beatitudes offer participants a clear path of salvation and discipleship; bringing hope, freedom, sobriety, healing, and the opportunity to give back one day at a time through our one and only true Higher Power, Jesus Christ. The 12 Steps and the 8 Principles work seamlessly together, tying historical Recovery to timeless Biblical teaching.

• We provide on average between 30-50,000 lbs of food per month

• Our redress program, opened in 2011 provides gently used clothing for children and adults

• The outreach alliance for babies provides layettes for agencies in Forsyth county that service at-risk families

• We offer a variety of marriage, family, and grief counseling
