Our mission is rooted in purposeful transformation. We exist to restore the broken foundations of families by providing key resources to help them rebuild and achieve a stronger position in life. Most importantly, we aim to help them learn how to dream again. Through our EVOLVE program, we seek to cultivate personal growth and mentorship, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and transform their lives.

Our goal is to raise $300,000.

  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all by supporting our new 20,000 sq. ft. space which allows us to serve more families in our community.
  • Increase the number of families we can serve through our food pantry and clothing boutique.
  • Expand our outreach programs to include services for families that are unhoused.
  • Decrease infant mortality through the education of new mothers.
  • Enhance our counseling services to provide more help for those struggling with grief, family issues, mental health and substance abuse.

  • $500 purchases the items for 10 layette bags for mothers through Outreach Alliance for Babies.
  • $1,000 helps us provide counseling services for individuals facing grief or family difficulties.
  • $1,500 sponsors a participant as they complete the Evolve anti-poverty workshop program.
